Found the Hatch Chile sausage at Sam's. Couple things, I normally prefer beef sausage, I normally prefer my sausage without cheese. I will immediately discard a sausage whose skin is tough as cryovac.

Price is more than reasonable
Tame Green Chile, not hot but decent Chile flavor
Taste and Texture are really nice for pork
Bite through snap that is preferred
I've smoked, grilled and pan fried these but haven't microwaved. Each method I've used has resulted in good side sausage.

Again, it's pork texture not beef texture if your palate insists one over the other.

They're huge, quite a generous amount in package for $10
