So she said. I knew it was about to be asked-"would you make some green Chile Stew?" And it shall be done. Chopped fire roasted green chile onion garlic yellow and red bell into the smoked chipotle chicken juices. Added Chef Meritos Puerco, cumin and Mexican oregeno. Added a box of chicken stock and a cup of white corn grits. Didn't measure weight but a quart each of chopped brisket and pulled pork. She's happy.
