We will be building an outdoor kitchen with both a Tagwood Agentine grill and a propane built in.
For the propane, I'm looking at these 3 which are all in the 40-42ish inch, and include Rotisserie kit:

Coyote ($4300):

Napoleon ($3000):

Lion ($2100):

The Coyote has the highest BTU, 304 stainless exterior, and main burner material "304 cast stainless and ceramic infrared".

The Napoleon has main burner and outside stainless exterior (when they say stainless, is it the same as 304 stainless?)

The Lion is the cheapest, has 304 stainless exterior, and cast stainless steel main burner.

What is the difference between these burner materials? Do I care? Is 304 stainless and just "stainless" the same thing? What should I be looking at when choosing between these? Any other units I should consider?

Cost in itself and alone is not a factor, I just want to make an educated choice for the best overall unit including features primarily and cost secondarily, if that makes sense.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Thanks a bunch
