Believe it or not southern Illinois is bbq county. We have tons of restaurant and competition teams. Probably the most well known of both being Mike Mills of 17th Street BBQ in Murphysboro Illinois. I'm a home smoker cooking on store bought junk looking to build a US A maybe a reverse flow on fish the line. That's about it for me
