Hello everyone. Wanted to post here to introduce myself. My name is Kevin, I live in the Upper Valley of NH, and I have been lurking around here for a few months now, ever since I got my first Weber Kettle last spring. I've had several successful smokes, thanks to some of the info I've gathered here. I also do a lot of pizzas on the grill. I look forward to learning more about all things bbq and passing some of that knowledge on to others.
