Hatch Green Chile

Walked 2.25 mi Biked 1:14. Seasoned a new cooker. Knocked out the inaugural Fatty,Nekkid of course. Picked up a half case roasted Hatch Green Chile. Separated by size and layered 5/7 in each freezer strength zip lock bag. Froze flat. Realized My blood alcohol was less than zero, well I’m working on that now. Wife took half of a green chile meatloaf to some friends. If you can make someone smile with your food, do it.
