Happy phryday pharkers, what’s cookin?

Not for today, but I am planning a massive Father's Day BBQ on Saturday. I have a gorgeous 15-pound brisket ready to go, going make some Cowboy Baked Beans, roasted corn with my special slather and a few other items.
