Ham on a Spit

Larred, is it a store bought ham, pre-cooked, or a home cured ham?
Sometimes store bought hams can be a bit salty. imo No extra salt is needed in the rub.
 
Yea there is no need need to add anything...you'll get all the goodness you want just with a spritz of water every now and then.

I was wondering whether to add anything or not, So now I will do it with out anything.
 
Spritz with a little honey and water and create a glaze. Or instead you can spritz with a coke. It's the sugar you want to create a crust.
