Hey folks,
I'm looking for a quick & easy pork grill today for late lunch. Was thinking about buying a premartinated pork tenderloin and doing indirect on the kettle w/ a bit of peach wood. Any tips?
Thanks in advance!
JD

Best tip is all I've got and that is Malcolm Reed. I usually buy unseasoned, but I've used this on seasoned as well. Good stuff

So they didn’t have any that weren’t marinated & brined So I brought it home and washed & toweled it off. The rubbed in oil and have it a nice herb crust.
Grilled w/ peach& glazed w/ sweet BBQ sauce. Served w/ asparagus wrapped in bacon and mashed potatoes w/ sour cream, Parmesan and garlic.
Pretty easy and tasty.
Thanks,
JD
