Decided to make tacos for the linner today.

I had a couple pounds of ground pork I needed to use and decided to try a new chorizo recipe using some of the bulk seasonings I bought from Oakridge BBQ. Previously I’d used a LEM chorizo seasoning mix and while it was good, it left me wanting. I made the chorizo last night and used it for “papas con chorizo”, the first time I’ve made it - quite tasty.

For the the tacos I sliced up some skirt steak and then some pork loin. I marinaded the pork in an al pastor style mix. The beef just got some salt while it cooked on the griddle.

Salsa from the MIL, corn tortillas for the meat delivery system. Definitely hit the spot :thumb:
