And a sad tale. This is the last of my made in USA Chicago Cutlery steak knives. Purchased a set of 4 in 1987 in Chicago. They've all broke at the midway point of the blade while being dropped. Have set-1 of Case XX vintage made in USA in route (5 knives total). Green chile black bean omelette with thick bacon on the Blackstone.

I have a full set of Chicago's I bought 30 some years ago hard to beat that convex edge for staying razor sharp.

I wished I'd taken better care of them (no dishwasher). But I did'nt.
