Great Rib video I found

Hey folks I found this great rib video on YouTube. Tried it out last weekend and made some knockout ribs. Figured I would share it with the group.

Yeah that's not a bad video either. I just love the color of the ribs in the first video. It also seems like in the past I've had a hard time getting that perfect amount of pull on the ribs where they are tender but not fall off the bone. No problem now.

I followed the instructions in the first video this weekend and my ribs were awesome. Definitely my go to recipe. Nice mahogany color, tender, and a perfect texture (just a little pull).
