FYI for any MES owners -- with the aid of the fan and higher temp I burned 4 full trays of Pecan Chips and only ash left when before at 225 and no Fan I could only get 2 tray fills and there would be charred chips left -- this Chuckie had plenty of Smoke n Char just how I like it! :grin:
