Game day ribs

Two racks of loin backs on the drum. Cooked them about 4 hours and everybody loved them.

Thanks for the nice comments. I used a home made rub I have been playing with. I wouldn't say it is just right yet but it is getting there.

The handle is a piece of rebar that I bent and welded to the lid.
