Curious about the coconut charcoal though. Never seen it before

Thanks Reves! The coal are coconut shells that are extruded after carbonization. Pretty much briqs but they produce no smoke at start up, burn hotter and are natural. They claim to burn 4X as much as regular charcoal but I haven't seen that. They burn up in the same amount of time as regular briqs or coal. Also, there is almost no smoke flavor in the food. I like them though for certain applications. Grabbed it on sale some time back through Williams Sonoma for a third of a price they usually go for.
 
Great looking cook Sako. If I regularly got meat like that out of crab legs, I'd eat it a lot more often.
