Had a craving for steak again so pulled a nice thick T-bone out of the freezer that I found at the store a while back. Seasoned with carne-crosta and some coarse sea salt.

The Missus wanted thighs. She doesn't eat the skin so she seasoned under the skin with secret weapon and put the skin back on for the cook. Some taters going on too.

Everybody on the grill. Threw on the asparagus that was going to be done on the stove but means we already had a fire going, on they went. Going to do a reverse sear with the steak so when it gets to where I want it, it will come off and rest while the rest of the goods finish up.

Steak if off and potatoes are getting some crisp before they all come off.

The self cleaning feature automatically activated. I do almost all of my grilling with the vortex, so there's a lot of drippings and fat around the perimeter.

Steak back on for the sear. Sit and finish my beer while she finishes up.
