Freezer Clean-out Odds and Ends cook

We went grocery shopping this morning, and my wife went to town on the freezer cleaning it out. She handed me a pan full of Omaha Steak gift meat from Christmas and a bag of beef tenderloin she found with orders to cook them for meals during the week. So, I dutifully obliged since it was a gorgeous day here to be in the smoke. :-D

Omaha chicken and pork cutlets marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse marinade over mesquite smoke:

Filet cuts rubbed with SuckleBuster's Campfire rub (killer on steaks) over mesquite smoke:

Tonight's dinner is the filet cuts. We're all set for work lunches this week. It was a fun afternoon in the smoke. :-D
