First Cook On The Beast

Simply beautiful! Very nice work on the cooker and the cooking! Looks nice and luxurious in that cooker.

Great job on the fab and the cook.
I'd like to hear more about how you make the beans (i.e. pintos? canned bbq beans that are doctored up?). Adding the smoked nekkids has me intrigued.

Here is the recipe I have for beans, I was asked for this recipe last night at the party and had another person send me a text today asking for the recipe.

The inspiration behind this one came from a recipe called Keri C's Hog Apple Beans (I think), at this point I can't remember if I tweaked it or if this is an exact copy.

This makes a 9X13 pan.

2 Can Bush's Baked Beans (28oz)
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays)
1 lb bbq meat (I usually use naked fatties)
1 can apple pie filling (dice it up)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Mustard
1 Tablespoon Sweet Rub

Combine together in a pan and cook in your cooker or oven at 275-300 for 2 hours.
