I finally was able to season my smoker Saturday and made my first cook on Sunday. i did a Fatty, some pork fingers, fresh pork and pineapple sausage, boudin, bake beans and a couple of jalapenos i had in the fridge. it wasn't perfect and i need a lot of practice but all was edible.:clap2: i am happy with the performance of the cooker. thanks everyone here, i am learning everyday.
