Ok dudes and dudettes (jeanie).....too much salt (Bludawg was right), not enough smoke ring (grrrrr) and fought the fire which is unusual....BUTTTTTTTTT.....Pull test was perfect.....flat probed a little firm but it was PERFECT. The point was obscene. ALL was MOIST and TENDER....All problems I had can be fixed .....THANK YOU to ALL brethren that have contributed to Brisket threads through the years.......wonderful learning experience that wasn’t too painful and lots of potential.....

Like I said it wasn’t GREAT.....but I felt since it was moist and tender I can fix the flavor shortcomings.....not rocket surgery (my term), but it is a labor of love for stick burners. Awesome experience with more learning to go and that’s a good thing!
 
Looks fine from here mate,like posted above,flavour is easier than moist to fix
