My wife's grandmother gave me an awesome surprise for Christmas a variety pack from Omaha Steaks. It came with Fillet, Chicken Breasts, Burgers, Dogs, and many other things.
Tonight was time for the Fillets on the Kettle. My wife said she wanted me to grill some shrimp too. While I was at it I thought why not throw some deer sausage on there too. The 22" was loaded up pretty good.
The Filllets I hit with Killer Hogs AP and Montreal Steak Seasoning.
The Shrimp I hit with AP after grilling for a couple minutes I put them in a garlic powder/butter bath.
The deer Sausage I just cut up. The meal was phenomenal...Wife's filled was a perfect medium well mine was a touch over my medium, but was still delicious and tender. Shrimp were awesome as was sausage. Brought in the house and paired with Baked Potato and salad (not pictured). Thanks for looking.
