"Cooked with Booze!"

This was jwtseng's entry in the 2016 "I Am the Creator" Throwdown, a bourbon battered chicken and bacon wrapped smoked, then fried pork chop! You can read all about it HERE.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

Guys, with New Years right around the corner... how about another 'cooking with booze' TD? Booze of any kind must used as an ingredient(s), and an option to display booze in the entry photo.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 1/1 through Monday 1/18/21.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 1/18.

Let's start things off. Italian Country Style Ribs using Phil's tomato sauce recipe. Added about 3/4 cup of white wine into the sauce.
