Thinking about doing an Easter . I do not have it yet but it will be fully cooked and about 10 lbs bone in I am figuring about 20 min a pound Does that sound right I want to take it to about 120* IT and then put Deguerre's glaze on it Does 20 min a pound sound right I believe it is 15 min a pound @ 325 Thanks

I'm going to give this one a try.
He takes it up to 135*, applies the glaze and then takes it to 140*.

Cooking time 10 pound ham

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place the ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. For a whole 10- to 15-pound ham, allow 18 to 20 minutes per pound; for a half--5 to 7 pounds--about 20 minutes per pound; or for a shank or butt portion weighing 3 to 4 pounds, about 35 minutes to the pound.

Fully cooked ham - I'll take it to 130, glaze, and pull it at 140.

It can rest before slicing.
