Thinking about doing an Easter . I do not have it yet but it will be fully cooked and about 10 lbs bone in I am figuring about 20 min a pound Does that sound right I want to take it to about 120* IT and then put Deguerre's glaze on it Does 20 min a pound sound right I believe it is 15 min a pound @ 325 Thanks
