It's been a while but I finally decided to do another Duck on the GrillDome.
Bought the frozen 4.7lb bird at a nearby Gigante Market.
Thawed then marinated the duck for 2 days with this Chinese BBQ seasoning mixed with ~1/3 cup of water, stuffed the duck with chunks of onion and fresh basil from the garden and onto the the GrillDome @ 280F and after 4 hours WAH-LAH!!:

we have used that with pork tenderloin an thought it was delicious, but never thought to do a duck.
We have never cooked a duck, but yours looks spectacular!
 
Once upon a time there was a little red fire duck.....

That is one of the best lookin' ducks I've seen. You got me wanting to give it a shot.
 
Looks great. Did the flavors get into the meat? Did it taste as good as it looks? Looks like something you would see in a high end Chinese restaurant.
