I used Paula Deen's pumpkin cheesecake recipe just by googling pumpkin cheesecake. It should be the top or second recipe that displays. As thick as it was they were calling for 1 hour at 350 but at 350 on my pellet grill the edges were starting to set and the center was still soup. It took probably 2 hours and 15 minutes total. Being a first time I did not know how the pan would react but I should have rotated the pan every 30-40 minutes because one side got more done almost burned compared to the other side.
Who'da thought to smoke cheesecake! :thumb: How did it taste?
It is really good, very pumpkin flavored. Sort of tastes like pumpkin pie but also cheesecake at the same time.
Hoping that brings some votes for the noobies
