I can assure you, my first attempts at these TD's were horrid at best. I have tried my best to enter every week. Even while I am traveling I make sure I can cook wherever we stay. It is amazing how much you will elevate your game.

You gotta jump in sometime so stick with your plan and make an entry.

Here is my entry, Chucky Fatty Chili. Seems I had pretty much exactly the same idea as Shagdog. It was a cold, cold weekend, so perfect for making chili.

7 meats, 3 grilled Peppers, a couple not grilled, a 5 Pepper mix, and some Mac & Jack African Amber.
