Yep, nice and sticky. Think I'll give just it a light smoke.
And it's a bust. :sad: Temps got too high on me and ended up semi cooking it. Can't slice those paper thin pieces. Still tasty but texture all wrong, definitely not the way it should be.
Bet it is still good
