I watched the movie "Chef", and got a craving for some pork. I'm going to see how it turns out, and maybe try to make a few Cubano sandwiches. I marinated last night, and just put it on the Weber. And here's a couple pics so far.
The recipe calls for doing the roast in an oven. but we're going to do it the smoker way instead. We'll see how it comes out.

It's chugging along nicely, I love the smell of cherry wood.
