Life is too short, for that kind of thinking. I had to do it. Picked up the ribeye and burger, some brats, and pork chops for $100 and free shipping.

Super easy to cook. Little coarse salt and little pepper. Sear in pan whole or in 1in strips for 2-3 min per side and then rest for 5 min or so. You want closer to medium as the fat just melts at that temp.
