I'll get this party started

Hey Brethren,
1st timer at a throw down. Ive never entered because there are so many great pit masters here. Plus, I'm not much of a photographer. Actually I never intended to post here, but it's sad that no one has yet. I'm new the SoCal and trying to learn and embrace the local Mexican cuisine. I'm loving my new mochajeta for wood fired salsa. Here I'm grilling the fixings for my fresh wood grilled salsa over oak splits. It is plum tomatoes, jalapeños, Serrano, habanero, Mexican grilling onions, garlic and a lime. I also tossed on some Bolita Chorizo and Longaniza to highlight the salsa on some tasty tacos. Only addition was some fresh cilantro. Sorry, the tacos didn't last long enough to get photos.
Best regards!
JD
