Posted a few hours ago about a rib cook that’s about to start. I mentioned I am cooking on a Camp Chef Smokepro DLX. I also have a 2# package of Conecuh that I would like to get on at some point. Any advice on the temp setting to cook the sausage on the pellet grill? If it needs to be lower than 250 or higher, I’m willing to wait until the ribs come off. Let me know what y’all think

About an hour is all it needs.. you want it to be plump and swollen and right at the edge of bursting a stream of hot juice everywhere :)oops:) but not actually splitting the casing. 250F is perfect.
