I've got to tell ya though, I just cringe when I see chicken with that much sauce on it. But still give it all its due when I judge it. I keep my personal preferences at bay.

P.S. After my second contest last year I shaved off my stash and goatee.
 
Clay I love the curves in that brisket box.

Model, we got a third with that chicken. Personally I would never use that much sauce but the judges in Cali love candy thighs and ribs.
 
Same in KC. I make sweet sauce and then add honey to make it sweeter.
 
Here is are Brisket Turn In From Hold Em & Hit Em. This was a TGCBA event no garnish and no sauce.
