Thanks, guy! Central American coffees are a bit brighter and lighter body than the Africans that I normally roast.

I agree its very good and the first time I have had a coffee from Costa Rica. I stashed my other bag away to enjoy on Christmas morning..thanks Ron!

Stick it in the freezer and it should be good for about a month.
