I have a great Mexican Market close by and have been eyeing their "Chorizo Salvadoreño" links. I decided to buy a few and fire them up indirect and sear to finish on the Weber Performer.
They plumped up nicely and got a quick finishing char.
I decided to cut them up and make some quesadillas as an appetizer before we chowed down on some pollo asado. Nothing better than fresh made tortillas!
The market also makes some good marinated chicken, so grilled a few pounds to make tacos & burritos.
And a fresh "Off the Lip IPA" from the kegerator to seal the deal!
Thanks for looking! :-D
