Cooked this about a week ago, and while I didn't take pics other than the plated meat and taters, it was awesomely good and made me very happy.
USDA Choice ribeye with a nice big cap, rubbed with Carne Crosta and Lawry's, cooked over very hot coals on the Weber kettle and flipped every 30 seconds till done. Missus coated the sliced taters in EVOO, pepper, and garlic powder and put them in the air fryer till they were slightly crisp. Not a morsel was left on my plate.
