How do you level it? I have a Blackstone 22" on a stand that has adjustable legs that make levelling a breeze.
I've cooked on many stainless steel flatops and they are excellent and fairly easy to clean and maintane, rust was never an issue.
 
Looks heavy duty. Too bad the grease trap is in the front. I hated my 1st gen blackstone for that very reason. Ruined a few nice shirts. Really like the rear grease traps in the newer blackstones.
