Feeding about 80 people, but need help figuring out amount of Mac 'n cheese, baked beans and cole slaw to prepare? I think I got the meat part figured out, but not the side dishes!
 
About 3 10# cans of beans doctored up

Mac and cheese I'd figure at least 2 hotel pans people go through mac n cheese more than other sides.

Cole Slaw I would figure at 2 to 2.5 gallons
