Caramel Bacon Smoked Brownies

Was going to cook brownies for the Something Sweet Throwdown, but after Aaron posted his brownies, I looked around for something different but couldn't decide on anything else, so it looks like it's going to be Battle Brownie.

Little thin on pics, sorry. Made a version somewhat based on Hey Grill Hey's smoked brownie recipe.

Used a regular Pillsbury brownie mix, but replaced the water with coffee and a half cup of the oil with butter. Also added a TBSP of Dutch processed cocoa and an extra egg to get them to fluff up a bit more. And BACON!

Swirled in some caramel sauce and onto the Big Joe indirect. And did I mention I added BACON?

Let em cool and add some more caramel sauce and BACON!
