I have found that eating tacos regularly is the secret to living a deeply satisfying life. Besides the fact that they just taste so darn good, they are the perfect food and the ideal balance between carbs, protein, and fat.
Its missing lettuce , tomato, minced onion, and sour cream. But other then that, it looks good.
I do like a little lettuce, tomato and sweet onion. I've never been a fan of sour cream. These little tacos lose room quickly in my opinion so I like to let the meat and heat shine.
Looks delicious. Have to admit I'm into the Maker's and upon first reading I'm thinking, "hmm, how in the heck do you cook chicken spine?" And "is it crunchy?".
And I agree with a previous poster who wrote you better have had more than one of those! Nicely done.
Are the United stores still roasting the Hatch chiles outside the front doors?
They did last weekend. I'm pretty sure they are this weekend too. It's supposed to be every weekend during August. I'll let you know. :becky:
