Was lazy and didn't feel like firing up the grill. Was already dark & cold. Cooked up a ribeye in a fry pan and finished with garlic butter. Use some Meyer's Elgin Smokehouse Texas BBQ Rub I was gifted by austintx during the last trade round. Used it numerous times before but keep forgetting to post about it. GOOD STUFF! On the peppery side, just enough heat without going too crazy. Side of shrooms & a side of broiled taters.
