LOVE me a good burger....
How do you like those black stones?

Love using it, a great addition to my cooking arsenal. It's fast, it's convenient and is a lot of fun to use.

Pancakes, eggs, stir fry, burgers, salmon, flatbread pizzas, etc. But especially bacon! No smell in the house, no grease to wipe down and it helps with seasoning.

My only complaint is I go through a lot of propane but I do use it 3 to 4 times a week.

I could do some of these cooks on a CI griddle using one of the Kamados, but waiting for charcoal to come to temp, trying to regulate temperatures and the smaller surface area makes the Blackstone the sensible choice.

I’m right there with you. Gets to temp so fast and is easy to clean. It’s practically the only way I do hot dogs and brats anymore. Gives me that true ballpark experience!
