Made just a small amout of Que this weekend. Just enough for Me and the Wife for supper last night and enough left over for Smoked Chicken Salad this week for lunch.:thumb:

Plowboys Yard Bird & SM Sweet & Spicy
Cooked @365° for about 1 hr & 165°-170° probe temp.
over RO & Kingsford with Pecan & small amount of Hickory
remove and gnash teeth....:becky:
