Don't Flip It 'till It Don't Stick
Removed- reseasoned with Lantana Of Texas
Plate, fork and black coffee

Oh man, we have been talking about CFS for the last week...trying to incorporate our deep fryer. I have always done a shallow fry in a pan, but hey...why not?

You don't have to put gravy on the steak, but it's almost criminal not to have gravy on the plate somewhere, especially for breakfast. But, the finished product sure does look larruppin' even sans gravy.
