Mid 60s here today, fired up the 26 for dinner. Did cinnamon sugar apples, butternut squash, and bourbon glazed pork chops (Evan Williams single barrel plus brown sugar and honey). Used Jack Daniels wood chips for some extra kick.

Really turned out great. Wife and 3 yr old daughter are happy campers. My favorite part was eating dinner with my new 3 week old baby boy resting on my shoulder. Love sharing my dinner and my passion with the family!

P.S. Forgive the fine Dixie "China". Got our hands full as it is without dirtying up extra dishes! :grin:
