5 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp kosher salt
2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp ceyene pepper
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp hot chili powder
Put all together and rub with it then put in fridge overnite
I smoke with hickory .smoke meat till 150 degree
sauce
1 10 oz tiger sauce
bout 4 to 6 tbsp cherry juice
add together and brush on at 150 degree till done .i cooked mine at 275degree.
Brush every 15 minutes from 150 till done with sauce to 165.
Slice and enjoy .
