So true. I always saw his videos pop up on YouTube but never paid too much attention. One day I finally clicked on one of his videos and was hooked. I started with his oldest videos first and worked my way up. Talk about stepping your game up. He really evolved, yet one of the great things about him is he uses his products but he doesn’t try to sell you on them. He’s just a really good barbecue guy.
