Best Looking Bird I Have Ever Done

There was a bunch of good one posted up here all along & that might just be the very best lookin' one of all !!!

Grate Cookup !!!!

Like all the extras too !!!!!

Great looking meal and bird. Couple of questions, how did you keep the skin on the breast "whole" and still take it off the bone? and is it possible to get the recipe for the gravy? Thanks

thanks again folks.

ribsrdone-answer to #1: I didn't. I took the skin off then removed the breasts and laid the skin back over them on the platter.
answer to #2: sure you can. take 1 packet of pioneer brand turkey gravy and prepare as instructed on the package. then cut up two smoked apples and add to the gravy.
