Beer can chicken with AP and BBQ rub. Smoked in backwoods Chubby G3 with Cherry wood chunks and charcoal that I didn't like. Had issues with temp, but I contribute that to charcoal type and operator error. Turned out pretty good though. Served with corn, alad, and air fried potatoes. I am going to use this as my very first TD entry. Judging by some other entries, I'm screwed but you never know! :-D Thanks for looking.
