Beautiful weekend

Thanks to everyone who is or has served in the U.S. military, especially those you have sacrificed all. You blessed me with the perfect weekend. Weather was stellar for three days, and we lived off of the webber!
Thursday we had smoked sausage burnt ends
Friday grilled burgers and sweet corn
Saturday spatchcocked chicken
Sunday Baltimore pit beef sammies, with tater salad and sweet pepper slaw
Monday strip steaks and smoke roasted blueberry crumble

Had a great time. Rearranged the garage enough so I could pull out the old Diamond Plate Pit so I could get a look at her to see what she needs to be fixed and brought back to life. Should be working on her through this week.:mrgreen:

It was indeed a beautiful weekend.
Did more outdoor cooking this weekend than I have in a long time.
I did take the time yesterday to head into town and watch the annual ceremony honoring the brave men and women who died while in service to this great Nation. That's what the weekend was all about.
